Black Heritage Book Fest

The Black Heritage Book Fest is an event celebrating African American culture in literature, art and music. This one-of-a-kind event will help to promote literature, reading, writing and library usage within the African American community.

The Book Fest will feature workshops presented by authors, artists and entrepreneurs from around the Midwest.  Featured guests include Terreece Clarke of Life Slice Media, poet T. Miller, FilmMaker Lapala Crawford of Prime8 Vision, and author Philana Marie Boles.

The FREE AND PUBLIC event will be hosted in the Wynston E Dixon Hall of Braden United Methodist Church, located at 4725 Dorr St in Toledo, Ohio.
