Welcome to The Northwest Ohio Natural Hair & Beauty Expo, sponsored by The Kitchen Salon! In its first year, the Expo drew almost 500 visitors from across the region! Entering its second year, we are looking forward to reaching more visitors with the use of successful marketing and advertising campaigns to an  audience of people who have chosen to or are considering wearing their own hair, free of chemicals.

The Kitchen Salon is a Toledo, Ohio based company that provides year round classes and events for the natural hair community and also hosts a website that provides resources for those embarking on or already in their natural hair journey. Established in 2007, The Kitchen Salon has grown to be a premier natural hair care resource in the region. The number of women going natural is increasing each year and natural hair is becoming a growing trend in media advertising, respectively.

The Natural Hair and Black Beauty market is a $68 billion-a-year industry in the U.S. If your target market includes groups or individuals who are highly educated, professional, health conscious and active, the Northwest Ohio Natural Hair & Beauty Expo is for you.  This family friendly event is free to children ages 12 and our guests are  looking to increase their knowledge while supporting companies who provide products and services that are designed for them.
